EYE-OPENING HONORS AT EL OJO DE IBEROAMERICA

VMLY&R had a fantastic showing at the El Ojo de Iberoamérica Festival, one of the most recognized award shows in the advertising world and the main festival in Iberoamérica, which comprises countries and territories where Spanish or Portuguese is the predominant language. More than 2,800 projects were submitted, representing more than 20 countries.

VMLY&R Uruguay was named that country’s Agency of the Year, and VMLY&R Colombia was a finalist for that country’s Agency of the Year.

VMLY&R Creative VP Juan Cardeillac, was honored as Best Creative Director in Uruguay. Additionally, Chief Creative Officer Santiago Cuesta was a finalist for Creative of the Year from Colombia.

In total, VMLY&R offices won three gold, five silver and seven bronze awards at the competition.
