Craig has nearly 20 years’ experience in consulting for brands covering a wide range of disciplines including Advertising, Communications, Activation, Social Media, Digital Platforms, Performance and Customer Experience, across both London and Sydney.
His range of experience provides a particularly valuable perspective on connected brands and how they should behave through their experiences in order to establish strong brand associations and drive long term growth.
Before joining VMLY&R, Craig has led strategy teams at a range of top-tier agencies and consultancies including R/GA, Ogilvy, M&C Saatchi and Havas, where he built the first integrated BX & CX strategy team in Sydney. Craig has also spent several years at Foxtel, where he helped launch their first IPTV platforms.
Most recently he became one of VMLY&R Australia’s first team members to complete our program of Forrester CX professional accreditation.
