This powerful combination ensured each facet of the organisation could truly stand behind the new brand promise of 'We Get You', offering signature customer experiences, employee programs and initiatives and communications to bring the brand to life holistically.
The Coffee Club launched their new visual identity, retail design and brand platform Your Happy Place in phases throughout 2020, with the latter launching in November. The platform is also activated at a local level, with a franchise hub created to aid compliancy and efficiency.
