Julia is a creative leader with more than twenty years of experience and enthusiasm for ideas that have practical use. Her main expertise is creative strategies and creativity in the field of commerce and activating customers through online and offline channels. She comes from St. Petersburg and has lived in New York and Moscow and now she calls Prague her home. In VMLY&R she works for clients from various fields, such as adidas, Danone, Orlen Unipetrol, Mondelēz, Metsä and RunTour.
Julia is convinced that brands are successful when they bring benefits – it can be something good that people genuinely enjoy or that helps them solve specific problems. Her creative work in the past has been recognised at creative festivals such as Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, D&AD, Effie, LIA, Eurobest, Epica and others. She also regularly sits in their juries. Julie and her team won four Cannes Lions awards for the Touching Masterpieces campaign, while also bringing the first ever statuettes to the Czech Republic for the "Innovation" and "Digital craft" categories.
She enjoys spending most of her free time with her family on long walks or by experimenting together in the kitchen. She does not forget to take moments for herself – she most often uses them for morning runs or listening to podcasts about social and cognitive science topics.
