Miloš manages individual creative teams, brings together three executive creative directors and contributes to helping the entire creative team work as one unit. His main task is to cultivate the long-term excellent creative reputation of VMLY&R.
He has been in the advertising business for almost twenty years. During that time, successful campaigns have been launched that carry his creative signature – for example, the “No is what makes us what we are” campaign for Budějovický Budvar and the advertising campaign on bridges across roads for Kooperativa. He has also worked on campaigns for Kofola, IKEA and Rajec. He has won several Louskáček awards, Effie awards for advertising effectiveness and a number of international awards such as PIAF, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer and MIAF.
All his free time is taken up by his three children. At rare moments of calm, he rests with a guitar, reads sci-fi or composes death metal music. But he won’t turn down a quieter program – like walks with podcasts about history, sports or extreme metal in his ears.
