Chan Ton-That

Chan has put in place integrated strategies for major accounts such as Nestlé, P&G, Unilever (Lipton), Carrefour, Casino Group, Monoprix, Dalloyau, PepsiCo, EdenRed, Accor, Heineken, Pernod and SNCF.

He has also been a key player in developing and implementing digital transformation projects for Heineken (new sales channels and CRM), Casino Group (new CRM models, new sales formats) and Edenred (dematerialisation and new services).

Alongside his agency-side career, he has founded and ran two startups (e-book, visual recognition). The first, Mobipocket, was integrated into Amazon's Kindle and the second allowed groups like PSA, Le Monde, Darty (…) to develop new customer services.

As Director of Innovation and Connection Planning, he developed and now manages our tool EVE, the first data platform using artificial intelligence to go further in the search and decryption of conversations.

Chan holds a joint honours degree in mathematics & business management, and continues to teach Marketing at Polytech Paris.

Today, he always accompanies young entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds in setting up their startup, gives conferences when he has the time.
