Our 2-week work experience programme for students aged 16–18-year-olds, The Incubator, is now in its fifth year. This programme encourages students to experience what it's like to work in an agency and understand what we do first-hand. 

The students get hours of 1-2-1 time with the agency’s c-suite and senior leaders within the business, such as the Chief Executive Officers, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and capability leads.

I got to learn about the impact of brand experience and customer experience. But what stood out to me the most was the power of connection", says an Incubator student from the 2022 cohort.

Successful students will work as a mini agency on a real client brief, learn about the pitch process, pitch, and learn from the best talent in our business.

You will get the chance to gain real-world, hands-on experience learning how we create award-winning work that delivers real growth and drives change.

You'll develop your ideas and form them into a pitch which you'll then present to your expert panel.

What could you win?

• Hult Entrepreneurial Spirt Award: This award recognises students who put their ideas into action. Recipients receive £10,000 each academic year towards tuition fees to study a Bachelor of Business Administration at Hult International Business School.

• An opportunity to interview for the Hult Scholar Grant: The opportunity to interview with an Undergraduate Dean at Hult International Business School in London to receive The Hult Scholar Grant, Hult’s full-tuition scholarship that allows exceptionally talented and determined students to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, tuition-free.
