VMLY&R has won industry recognition for excellence in continuous professional development (CPD).
The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising has awarded the agency Platinum Accreditation for the second consecutive year and Gold Accreditation for the fifth consecutive year. The awards celebrate sustained exceptional learning and development created by the People Team. VMLY&R is one of only 24 agencies to receive Platinum Accreditation - awarded to businesses earning CPD Gold at least four times over a five-year period.
Winning agencies demonstrate that CPD lies at the heart of their business, tangibly supports business objectives bringing value to clients, and raises industry standards.
VMLY&R UK has been called out by the IPA for an “impressive programme of CPD with detailed metrics to prove its impact on business goals.”

The submission process is robust – covering 12-month continuous reporting on impact across all talent initiatives linked to business success. From Industry qualifications, structured learning courses, wellbeing initiative, to 1:1 coaching, to leadership development to focus on Equity, Inclusion and Belonging – the VMLY&R programme accelerates learning at all levels.
