Ben Richards
Ben is Chief Experience Officer at VMLY&R in London where leads the UK’s CX division, designing data-led experiences and developing customer-experience-led products and service solutions for brands. His 65-strong department includes strategists, UX/UI designers, data analysts, platform specialists, creative, media and social experts, technologists and CRM professionals.
An award-winning digital innovator and marketeer, Ben has a passion for realising where creative and technology meet and finding new ways of adapting new technologies, both large and small, for marketing applications.
With more than two decades in the creative experience space, Ben has worked for brands including Microsoft, Yahoo and BT, driving large-scale customer success solutions, as well as building web and mobile experiences.
Before moving to VMLY&R, Ben was EMEA Chief Experience Officer at full-service WPP agency, GTB. Here, he led a large integrated team to develop holistic CX solutions for flagship brands such as Ford.
