Missing Millions

We worked with The 30% Club’s Strategy Best Practices Working Group to launch a report called “Are you Missing Millions?”

The report looks at the commercial imperative for putting a gender lens on business. And aims to inspire businesses to seek commercial success through systematic and enterprise-wide approach to gender, beyond the traditional scope of HR. It includes great case studies from Vodafone, Unilever and HSBC among others.
