Karolina Galácz

In her 14-year career at creative agencies, Karolina has helped several agencies achieve top national rankings. Her teams' work has been repeatedly named editorial favorites by international trade press such as AdWeek and AdAge.

Her work has been awarded at Cannes Lions, One Show, London International Awards, Eurobest, Art Director's Club Global, New York Festivals, Epica, The Webbys and over the years with several Grand Prix's at Golden Drum. She has been a jury member at Cannes Lions, Golden Drum and Dubai Lynx festivals on several occasions, as well as Clio, London International, ADC Global. In 2019 she won a scholarship to the Berlin School of Creative Leadership Cannes Creative Leadership Program and in 2022 to the Google "Rare with Google" Leadership Academy. This is the second time this year that the London International Awards has invited her to be a mentor in the LIAisons mentoring program.

She believes in the power of teamwork and that creativity is the key to brand growth.
