Bhavika’s passion for online communities developed when she was completing her Honours dissertation about online fan communities. During her 4.5 years at ASB, Bhavika worked on a number of ground-breaking social campaigns and helped ASB fully realise the capabilities of social within their business. Before starting with VMLY&R, Bhavika finished up 4 years with Tourism New Zealand where she was charged with creating and implementing a social media strategy for the business (across all markets), fostering the social community and generating social media advocacy.
