For one of our global clients, we are building a centralized customer service and project management team in Poland that will provide ongoing service for local markets within EMEA. A dedicated market-focused team will coordinate all localizations of central campaigns, market activation, and tactical support for local markets.
We are looking for: Project Manager (dedicated to one of the markets, UK, Germany, France, Spain, or Italy).
Your role in a nutshell
As Project Manager you will be supporting Client Service Leaders in transition process by reviewing existing processes and scopes, migrating work from Tier 1 markets (UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany), and making sure the delivery process is done in timely manner to ensure a high level of client’s satisfaction.
What will keep you busy during the day:
- Understanding client’s business brief
- Articulating project’s objectives to the team members
- Coordinating ground-level project execution
- Acting as an internal liaison that reinforces client/project priorities, clarifies requirements, and solves for identified cross-discipline gaps
- Scheduling and running meetings with internal constituents
- Managing project team relationships in coordination with Client Service Team
- Supports Client Service Team Leader and team in scoping new engagements
- Helping the Client Service Team Leader and team drive internal and external communications (scheduling meetings, compiling/distributing notes, tracking action items, ensuring follow-through on intermediate and milestone deliverables, and so on)
- Maintaining project momentum and keeps the project and team on track
- Working in agreed framework and supports others within it by staying in line with it
- Monitoring team performance according to SLA and KPIs, addresses key issues
- Cataloging and maintaining all project documentation and deliverables
- Supporting requirements gathering and refinement, including stakeholder interviews (and any required gap analysis), gathering, and organizing supporting information, analyzing data, and preparing reports that summarize findings; may function as a stakeholder proxy, both authoring and validating acceptance criteria
- Assisting with defining and clearly explaining necessary project processes/workflows
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:
- Previous experience in similar role gained in Regional Hubs, SSC and BPO providing international customer service ideally in area of digital marketing, e-commers, content management, or others related to marketing
- Fluent business English is a must as you will be working 100% in English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing marketing or e-commerce projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to create clarity where there is ambiguity/confusion
- Strong organization skills Attention to detail, willingness to ask questions and ability to follow up
- Understanding of agile methodologies, including Kanban
- Experience documenting functional requirements for digital projects/products
