What will keep you going during the day:
- Day-to-day collaboration with the client, overseeing projects (from cost estimations, project road-map, team set up and final execution)
- Team support in managing and implementing projects in accordance with the schedule and valuation
- Account Manager support in managing the flow of tasks in the project
- Keeping reports up to date and providing regular feedback sessions
- Close collaboration with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) in the implementations of project
- Improving work methods and proposing new solutions and approach to the client’s brief
- Overseeing PR/ Communication activities for the brand and playing active part in sport related events
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador
What skills & experience do you need to be successful in this role:
- Passion for sport, especially running, being an active running fan will make your life easier
- Strong relationships with running outlets combined with close collaboration with key journalist/bloggers, without this you will not be able to move the needle
- Current or previous experience in PR/ events management, overseeing communication projects will get you far much faster and better
- Experience in the client facing role (min. 1-2 years) with proven track record in building long lasting partnership with various stakeholders, both internally and on the client’s side
- Fluent in English, previous experience working with English-speaking clients will be of great value and will be of huge help as you may need to switch to Polish and English on a daily basis
- The ability to ask questions with a growth mindset, we love to know and get better
- Very good communication & project management skills, you will drown without it
- Fluency in Google Analytics and MS Excel, as this is the bread and butter of this role
