LINK4 wants to launch a new product dedicated to moms and their kids. But how can we connect with customers who have so little time and so much on their mind?

Idea

We have designed a brand new insurance product and adjusted the online sales process to tackle the challenges faced by today's moms.

Results
  • 162% of the plan in the written premium (20.2% of travel insurance premiums for 2018)
  • 150.5% implementation of the policy plan (20% of the volume of travel insurance sales)
  • Number of LINK4 policies sold to moms only via the Internet amounted to 24.7%
  • 67% of policies werebought by women
