Although a native of the UK, he has spent much of his career reimagining customer experiences for clients around the world. From advising Emirates Group in Dubai, Seagate in San Francisco, to Samsung in Seoul and Nissan in Yokohama - he brings a breadth and depth of global experience blended with a deep appreciation of local market nuances.
Today, his obsession is not only bringing world class solutions to clients in Asia, but also helping businesses overcome the challenges of operationalizing their digital customer experiences. Creating meaningful, transformative products, services and capabilities that provide genuine value both to the consumer and clients everyday and into the future.
