With over 10 years of E-commerce industry experience, my experience in digital started back in 2011—when I was joined Groupon, the first era of E-commerce in Thailand following with Ensogo, Lazada , Shopee and so on. My experience includes leading the commercial part, drive sales revenue, digital marketing, customer service and fulfillment for Groupon and Ensogo. During the time I worked their I’ve learned a lot about E-commerce ecosystem. After that I moved to worked as a brand’s side such as Siam Makro, FN outlet and Big C to help them transformation from tradition retail to become new retail. Today, I’ve leads the commerce department for VMLY&R Thailand. My job needs to collaborates with senior clients, VMLY&R’s client engagement leadership, as well as its Strategic Planning& Insights teams, to better understand the business landscape, develop strategies to meet clients’ digital transformation objectives, commercial strategy, drive sales growth and activate the agency team to deliver the new offering to clients.
