VMLY&R, in partnership with City of Hope, has won 2023 Health Care Standard of Excellence honors at the 27th annual WebAward Competition, presented by the Web Marketing Association.
The City of Hope website serves as the gateway to their health network and enables them to fulfill their mission: "To transform the future of health by translating scientific advancements into practical benefits and turning hope into reality." This encompasses not only the support provided to patients and doctors, but also extends to researchers, graduate students, volunteers, employees, donors, licensing partners, and more.
The website and its content are designed to emotionally resonate with 11 distinct and identified audiences, by offering human-centered content that aligns with business objectives and enhances the user experience throughout their unique journeys. By improving the navigation capabilities of the content, the website aims to cater to individual user needs and seamlessly provide valuable content and tools, while also anticipating future requirements.
“The digital landscape continually transforms, adapting to emerging technologies and better aligning with online user preferences,” noted William Rice, President of the Web Marketing Association. “In this year’s WebAwards competition, we were thrilled to see exceptional contributions from across the globe, embodying innovation and user-centric design. A hearty congratulations to our winners for shaping web experiences that genuinely resonate with their audiences.
