VMLY&R has been named a Strong Performer in “The Forrester Wave™: Global Digital Experience Agencies, Q4 2019.” VMLY&R, a global marketing agency with 82 offices and more than 7,000 people across six continents, was among select companies the research firm invited to participate in this evaluation. VMLY&R received the highest score possible for ten criteria including CX insights and strategy services, creative services, marketing services and commerce services.
VMLY&R earned the second highest total score among all vendors in the current offering category. Forrester noted that “clients like VMLY&R’s creativity, account management, and willingness to learn their businesses and cultures.” One VLMY&R client said, “They have become a part of our family and drive our internal culture.”
The future of digital experience looks nothing like its past, Forrester notes. In the past, a digital customer experience (CX) was typically a website, an app, or a campaign powered by a martech/adtech stack.1 But today and forevermore, a digital experience is the entirety of the relationship that a customer or employee has with a company.
The Forrester Wave, an independent report, evaluates Leaders, Strong Performers, Contenders, and Challengers. It’s an assessment of the top digital experience agencies in the market and does not represent the entire service provider landscape. Forrester evaluated 14 service providers for this report.
