As Executive Director of VMLY&R New York, Danielle is responsible for leading integration across the agency’s largest office. She partners with our distinct brands and capabilities to ensure our talent, expertise and culture are best activated to deliver for clients, people and partners. She also serves as a liaison with WPP to create seamless connectivity and collaboration across key agency business and network initiatives.
Prior to her current role Danielle was Managing Director, Global Business executing strategic and growth initiatives across global markets. She was an integral leader in WPP client teams for Smartwater, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Newell Brands, Johnson & Johnson and Contrave. As a strategic partner for the agency’s Transformation initiative, Danielle developed efforts aimed to combat systemic racism across all areas of the business and supported the launch of VMLY&R’s Inclusion Experience practice.
Danielle first joined Y&R in 2012 as Global Account Director on WPP’s Team Dell and then became Global Chief of Staff for the Y&R Network. Before Y&R, Danielle worked at Omnicom’s TracyLocke managing new business efforts and client relationships across CPG, casual dine and retail.
Danielle is a graduate of Villanova University’s School of Business and serves on their CMCI Advisory Board. As a lifelong competitive swimmer, Danielle trains with Asphalt Green’s masters team in Manhattan where she lives with her husband and two young sons.
