Jen joined VMLY&R in 2008 as a Group Account Director. Now as the Chief Client Officer in North America, she leads our 250-person client engagement team in the U.S. and is responsible for making sure that we have the right team and model for every client to ensure their success.

Jen is also responsible for partnering directly with some of VMLY&R's largest clients to bring their strategic initiatives to life. She has led Wendy’s creative transformation efforts over the last several years and has also partnered with many of the country's largest brands across several industries, including NAPA Auto Parts, Stella Artois, Dell and Navistar, among others. She has been credited with many awards including several Cannes Lions, Addys, Webby Awards, Clio Awards, and WPPed Cream honors.

Jen's experience as a client and at technology start ups gives her a unique perspective on engagements. Before joining VMLY&R, she was the Senior Vice President of Brand and Partner Marketing at Revolution Health, a new player in the online health information space. She helped launch revolutionhealth.com and helped grow it to more than 5 million unique visitors per month before it was sold to a large health media publisher. Prior to Revolution Health, she worked in a variety of marketing leadership roles at XM Radio, AOL and MicroStrategy - often focusing on new initiatives, strategic partnerships and product launches. Her accomplishments include designing several successful member acquisition programs, launching a new product at Target and Walmart, rolling out new brand guidelines globally and designing several integrated marketing initiatives.

Jen has an M.B.A. from Georgetown University, where she was in the top 10 in her class. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated summa cum laude.

She lives in Kansas City with her husband and two children. She serves on the board of New World Natural Brands.
