Bridgestone did not have a single location for product information, news, and promotions to be communicated. Bridgestone needed a centralized, secure repository for their dealers and sales reps to access personalized content.
VMLY&R worked closely with Bridgestone to identify the content and define the best user experience for dealers and sales reps to quickly find the most relevant information. The solution was developed on Adobe CQ5, utilizing the Adobe CQ5 Digital Asset Manager as the central repository for all assets, and secured content based on user role.
The Tread was presented in a national sales conference with very positive feedback and rolled out to over 20 thousand users.
