If there is one thing to know about Minh, it is his performance driven mindset. It is enabled by his keenness to move things forward, both the work and his people.
His daily routine includes developing creative approaches for brands, products and platforms. Minh likes to be involved in the process from concept to execution, however, he is better at being a good facilitator and supports the Creative team. That’s why one of his key agendas lately is to lead the training for both internal staff and clients.
Minh led creative initiatives for brands like Samsung, Unilever, Piaggio, Heineken, Vinasoy, Highlands Coffee and FTP just to name a few.
He and his Creative team also collected a few accolades along the way, winners of multiple Smarties Vietnam Awards and nominated 2 years in a row for Vietnam Digital Agency of the Year by Campaign Asia.
