ROLE DESCRIPTION

An exciting internship opportunity at VMLY&R awaits to join our amazing animation and post-production team in our Johannesburg office. The internship will be for 12-month period depending on performance and business needs.
Your focus as an intern will be to assist with the creation of animated content for clients.
Entry-level design and animation skills are a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team
- Work to a brief and always meet your deadlines
- Take static work from a creative team and bring it to life through animation
- Be proactive in terms of your learning and progression as an animator
- Clear communication with your team at all times
REQUIREMENTS
- Hungry for growth, and self-motivated to learn and progress your career
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
- Experience in Adobe Premiere and 3D modelling / animation software a plus
- Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
