• Conceptualize, storyboard and present ideas internally and to clients
• Coach and mentor designers to realise their potential
• Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail in all aspects of interactive design
• Be relentless in your work ethic and passionate to do the best work possible on every project
• Engage the office culture of promoting interactive knowledge and creativity
You’re also:
• Agile, Creative, Conscious, Responsible, Effective, and Authentic, reject mediocrity, embrace diversity and challenge stagnant, derivative concepts.
Requirements
• 5 years’ experience (ideally within digital)
• A mind-blowing portfolio of interactive design
• Experience on well-known brands
• Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash
• Experience with After Effects and a 3D application (3DSMAX or Maya) a plus
• A solid knowledge of the latest digital technologies
• A passion for being "in the trenches" - actively working on projects rather than simply directing other’s work.
