The role requires admin, accuracy and strong attention to detail; you will be a well-organized and unflappable. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in advertising agencies (Digital, ATL and BTL).
Responsibilities
- Schedule and traffic work into studio, from small tasks to large workflows across digital, BTL and ATL.
- Facilitate creative workflow planning with Projects Managers, Account Managers and Department Heads
- Interact with Project Managers and the Production Team
- Plan and facilitate scrums/ stand ups
- Capacity planning and risk reporting and mitigation
- Timesheet reporting
- Management of freelancers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within an agency role
- Strong experience trafficking a studio working on a big retail account
- Understanding of advertising and the creative process
- Digital knowledge and/or experience
- Good computer skills essential
