Research had shown that it was hard to do business with Old Mutua which meant the insurance giant was falling behind in the South African service race.

They wanted to transform the experience their advisors had of selling to, on-boarding & servicing their clients.

We helped innovate their service design by digitising the customer journey, making the work of advisors exponentially faster while their slick, flexible and client-centric service made them look good too.
