She worked in McCann for 23 and after that she accepted the opportunity to transform Y&R Colombia in a new integrated and agile agency. She has deep experience leading regional and global accounts, like Coca-Cola, Nestle, L'Oréal, General Motors, Latam, Avianca amongst others. She was named Woman to watch 2017, and she believes in woman power leadership.
Since 2016 the company has developed their digital and production capabilities and being recognized by Scopen Study as the most preferred agency by their clients to solve their social, innovation and SEO and SEM problems. She believes that the new agency is the one where the lines between disciplines are seamless, where all the team is only integrated around our consumer or user needs, creating connected brands and an omnichannel strategy. In 2019 she was confirmed as VMLY&R CEO in Colombia.
