Blueprint for Belonging V.2 is an update to VMLY&R’s 2021 research that examines why advertising professionals of color are leaving and/or switching jobs. 

We conducted additional research in 2022 with the same focus — 1,200 professionals from advertising and adjacent industries answered why they would want to stay at a company or leave to join a new employer or industry. This report focuses on new/updated insights based on this second round of research.
 
This research is part of the Inclusion Experience client offering at VMLY&R. Through Inclusion Experience, we partner with clients to inject more diversity, equity, and inclusion into their business practices and customer relationships. We believe that equity and inclusion are imperatives for a business's success with the coming multicultural majority and seek to partner with brands and companies that share these beliefs.
