On Thursday, Aug. 6, 2020, VMLY&R was a Premier Sponsor of the Women in the Workforce conference. Lisa Bridgers, regional director, employee experience, co-founded the event and served as emcee.

The annual Women in the Workforce conference is a one-day interactive event that provides professionals with an opportunity to enhance relevant workplace skills. This year, industry veterans spoke on topics that align with the theme of global change, adaptability and productivity revolution. The conference moved to virtual in 2020. Participants had the opportunity to network online with their peers and top female professionals in the area, including keynote speaker Latriece Watkins, senior vice president and executive vice president of consumables, Walmart U.S. Other breakout session topics included “Approaching Change Strategically” and “A Personal Story of Change and Adaptability.”
