WPP has been named a Leader among Global Digital Experience Service providers by Forrester Research, Inc., out of a field of 14 of the most significant service providers invited to participate in the evaluation. The report identifies that “Digital experiences happen in the moments that customers stumble across, actively pursue, or are compelled to have something. To deliver a great and consistent experience in every moment, companies need an integrated ecosystem, not point solutions for each department and channel”.The report, The Forrester Wave™: Global Digital Experience Services, Q2 2022, assessed providers against 21 criteria spanning three categories: Current Offering, Strategy, and Market Presence. Among these categories, WPP received the highest scores possible in 9 criteria, including customer experience strategy and insights services, digital marketing and digital commerce strategy and implementation services, along with immersive experiences. WPP also received the top scores possible in the vision, execution, innovation roadmap and planned enhancements strategy criteria. This recognition reflects the strength of capabilities that span several WPP agencies including AKQA, Ogilvy, VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson.In the report, Forrester notes, “WPP's services excel in CX [customer experience] strategy and insights, digital marketing and commerce strategy and implementation, and immersive (AR/VR) experiences.” It goes on to state, “Customer references liked WPP’s flexibility and agility.
