Chuck Searle

As VMLY&R's Global Chief Client Officer, Chuck is responsible for cultivating engagement, collaboration and purposeful innovation across the agency’s global client network. Chuck is an energetic and contemporary marketer with a proven ability to integrate strategic leadership and a solutions-oriented technique across the agency's client relationships. His dedication to client satisfaction, operational excellence, team growth and world-class work sets the tone for Client Engagement and Delivery team professionals across the VMLY&R network.

Prior to the establishment of VMLY&R, Chuck joined VML in 2000. Since then, he has driven key portfolio initiatives for many of the agency's leading global client partners across CPG, Health, Travel & Tourism, Financial Services and Sports & Entertainment. His focus has been to help drive VMLY&R’s mission to create connected brands and experiences. He continues to lead integrated activations for key partners, always elevating cross-channel strategies across the entire connected consumer experience. Chuck champions culturally-relevant work, ensuring client value and growth in all partnerships. He serves on VMLY&R's executive and global leadership teams, and his focus on inclusion and diversity helps elevate the network’s culture across the entire organization.

Chuck graduated from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri, with a degree in marketing and a minor in communications. He received his MBA from the Rockhurst University Helzberg School of Management with a focus in international marketing and management. Chuck is an active member of the Rockhurst University Helzberg School of Management advisory board and is committed to supporting higher education and mentorship opportunities for upcoming VMLY&R talent. Chuck also serves on the Menorah Medical Center Board of Trustees, as well as the 4A’s regional council. He has served on several other charitable and community boards throughout his career.
