On Beth's last visit to Europe, she got to catch up with Arzu Unal. Arzu is chief executive officer of our VMLY&R Turkey office.

Beth chatted to Arzu about the incredible journey to becoming a CEO, her determination, stepping out of the comfort zone, and having the self-confident to lead.
