For our third episode of “VMLY&R: Women Around the World,” Beth Wade sat down with Stephanie DeCelles and Shali Wade in her hometown office in Kansas City. Stephanie is managing director for VMLY&R KC and Shali is executive director in the office of the Global CEO, Jon Cook.

Stephanie and Shali are both amazing leaders and wonderful mothers to their children.
