The Edge ST is Ford's premium performance SUV — perfect for those who have no time to spare. So, for its launch in Brazil, we needed to show C-level executives that the 355-horsepower engine goes as fast as their accelerated lifestyle.

Knowing that more than anyone else they need to keep abreast of everything while facing scarcity of time and trying to avoid fake news, we found a way of bringing our performance into their routine.

VMLY&R and GTB partnered with Estadão, one of Brazil's most traditional newspapers, to build a new editorial department where we can have the daily news translated to audio by the time printing of each day's newspaper is finished. Every article, from every section, is recorded and turned into an on-demand news cast that goes live on Spotify as soon as the newspaper gets to newsstands. The result is a program that offers fast and reliable news on-the-go to people who need to stay up-to-date but have no free time to spare.

The Ford Edge ST sold out even before its official launch in Brazil, and the podcast is one of the most successful shows in the country on Spotify.
